If you need to make a return, please follow our easy self-service return process. All returns must meet our guidelines, please review our Return Policy carefully. Returning an Item Please include a copy of the original invoice/receipt from our website or from PayPal. Returns must be made within the time limit specified in our Return Policy. Returned products must be in brand new condition and must include all original packaging including the sock being attached to the hangtags. Securely package the product you wish to return within an outer box.

RETURN POLICY
For the first 30 days after your purchase, you may return merchandise for a full refund, excluding any shipping charges. All returns must meet our guidelines. Returned or exchanged products must be brand new, in mint condition and have all original manufacturer's packaging. Please do write or attach stickers on the manufacture's packaging. Securely package the product and include a copy of the original invoice. Ship the parcel back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.
We are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Items that originally qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund or credit. In addition, the return shipping cost (the cost to send an item back to us) is not refundable. Please allow up to eight business days after we receive the package for your return/exchange/refund to be processed. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return is processed.
